With Halloween just around the corner, it is time to break out the fall decorations. There are so many cheap and easy ways to decorate your house/room for fall, and there are a variety of great home décor stores to shop at! If you’re ready for some fall fun, keep reading for some inspiration!
First, it is always a great idea to put out pumpkins to subtly set the pumpkin spice mood. I got a pack of eight mini pumpkins at HomeGoods, and they look great on a window sill or displayed across my room. Another great idea is a few bigger plastic pumpkins to put in an empty corner that needs some color.
Garlands are also a great way to give your home a fall feel. You can hang them anywhere, like over your bed, over a dresser, or from a window! If you’re feeling crafty, you can even make garlands by stringing twine through fall themed cut outs. These are very simple to hang up and give off the best vibes!
Another great addition to a fall décor collection is candles. I have so many fall candles, and I love to light them throughout the day, especially during virtual classes. Bath and Body Works has a great variety of fall candles that last a long time! There is even a candle store, in NuLu, called Maddox and Rose where you can mix your own fall scents into a candle! Candles are a great way to add a pop of color and a fun scent to your room this fall.
If you’re unsure what to buy to make your fall decorations pop, I strongly suggest going to a home décor store and walking around until you see something you like. I bought so many great things at HomeGoods for my fall room, and it was all pretty cheap. Even Target has a wonderful seasonal selection for home décor! When decorating for the season, the possibilities are endless, as long as you know where to look.
