Chex Mix

You will need:

  • Corn Chex cereal
  • Cheerios
  • Peanuts
  • Pretzel Snaps
  • 2 Tablespoons Worcestershire Sauce
  • 1/4 cup Butter

Instructions:

  1. Preheat the oven to 275 degrees.
  2. Get out a disposable tin pan.
  3. Pour a 1-2 cups of each ingredient of your choice (Corn Chex, Cheerios, Peanuts, Pretzels, etc.).
  4. In a bowl, mix ¼ cup of melted butter and 2 tablespoons of Worchester Sauce.
  5. Pour the butter mixture into the dry ingredients and spread until the entire pan is covered.
  6. Put into the oven for 30 minutes, and take it out to mix it thoroughly every 5-10 minutes.

Buffalo Chicken Dip

You will need:

  • 8 ox of cream cheese
  • 1-2 cups of shredded chicken
  • ½ cup ranch
  • ½ cup buffalo sauce
  • ¾ cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • Celery, carrots, chips (to dip)

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350 degrees.
  2. In a oven-safe pot, combine the chicken, cream cheese, ranch, buffalo sauce, and cheddar cheese.
  3. Mix it all together evenly
  4. Next, put it into the oven for 20 minutes.
  5. Serve with vegetables and chips.

Pizza Sandwiches

You will need:

  • Kings Hawaiian Rolls
  • Pizza Sauce
  • Mozzarella
  • Pepperoni (or any preferred pizza topping)
  • Garlic powder
  • Butter
  • Oregano
  • Parmesan

Instructions:

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
  2. Grease the bottom of a baking pan.
  3. Cut each of the sliders/rolls in half and place the bottom half on the baking pan.
  4. Spread pizza sauce on the bottom half of the slider.
  5. Place your pizza toppings/pepperoni on the pizza sauce, covering the bottom halves of the rolls.
  6. Slice the mozzarella and place on each of the slider halves in the pan, or you can just sprinkle on shredded mozzarella.
  7. Place the top halves of the rolls back on the bottom halves.
  8. Create the butter mixture by melting 2 tablespoons of butter, and mixing in preferred amounts of garlic powder, oregano, dried basil, and parmesan cheese.
  9. Brush the butter mixture onto the top of the buns.
  10. Cover the pan with foil and put the sliders in the oven until golden brown and crisp.
  11. ENJOY!
