As Summer comes to a close and we get back into our school routines, it is now time to
get our wardrobes ready for some Friday Night Lights! In honor of football season starting
this week, here are a few fun outfit ideas for frequently used sports themes to ensure our
rockets are the best dressed in the stands this season.

Hawaiian/Beachy:

Time to break out the leis and the hula skirts for this theme because we’re going to
the beach! There are many fun outfits and accessories you can put together, and it will be
easier especially with summer just ending. For this theme, I recommend wearing a simple
tank top and jean shorts and top it with a cute Hawaiian button up. For accessories, any
flower leis, bracelets, or head pieces will look very nice. Some more fun ideas are pool
floaties, sunglasses, sunscreen on the nose, or goggles!

Camo:
Camo can be a little bit of a tricky theme to go all out in, but it is possible! A very
popular outfit for this theme is a black tank top matched with camo jeans, this can also be
switched with a camo top and black shorts as well. Some alternatives could be a green
cargo skirt, a green tank top, or any jean shorts in general. Good accessories for this theme
are camo hats, sunglasses, face paint, black fanny packs, or a Dog Tag necklace.

USA:

Time to rep the red, white, and blue for this patriotic theme! I love this theme
personally because there is such a variety of things you can do to make it fun. A simple
outfit idea is a tank top and skirt in the colors red, white, or blue. You can accessorize with a
cowboy hat, bandanas, face paint, star hair clips, or a star headband! Some fun costume
ideas are The Statue of Liberty, an eagle, or a USA flag! This theme is really about going all
out, head to toe, in our country’s colors, so just have fun with it!
