If you’re looking for a great new summer restaurant, I have just the place for you. It’s called Noodles & Company and it’s brand new to Louisville. You may have indulged at this franchised restaurant before in other states such as Illinois or Ohio, but never in Louisville. This is the first restaurant to come to Louisville, and the franchise hopes to open more in the next few years.

Noodles & Company is a very inexpensive restaurant that sells any kind of pasta imaginable. You can order anything from macaroni and cheese, spaghetti and meatballs, to pesto carbonara.

“I love Noodles & Company,” said Mary Ann Crawford, junior. “I went there while I was in Chicago for a field hockey tournament and tried the macaroni and cheese. It was delicious!”

It will be located on Hurstbourne Ln. The opening date is not yet determined, but it will be sometime this summer. Keep your eyes peeled!
