If you are looking for a new Chinese restaurant rather than Panda Express or any place in the mall, try Genghis Grill. Instead of having to choose between chicken and steak, choose both. Stack your bowl to the ceiling with a variety of meats and freshly cut vegetables and finish it off with one of Genghis’s sauces.

When you walk into the restaurant, you are overcome by the smell of Chinese food and scenery of the restaurant from the buffet line to the large grill that will occasionally burst into flames from the hot oil. We were immediately seated and waited on by a waiter who helped us through the whole process of getting our own food.

The wonderful thing about Genghis Grill is the bowls. There are three different sizes: small, medium, and large. The key to choosing the right size bowl is to know how hungry you are and remembering that you can stack the bowl sky high.

If you are just really hungry then get a small and fill it up with meat and vegetables. If you’re thinking that you’re hungry and want some for lunch tomorrow, medium is for you. And if you haven’t eaten in three days, well then go for the large, remember, the key is to pack it full.

The best thing about this restaurant is the variety of food that you can fill your bowl. I started off by picking my meat which was a difficult decision because all the meat was raw, but not to worry the waiter there assured it would be cooked. There were so many different kinds of meat from chicken and steak to sea food to ham. After picking a protein, season it with options of salt, pepper, garlic, ginger, and more! Then move on to the vegetable section where there is almost every single vegetable and then top it off with a special sauce. Lastly take it to the grill where one can observe the chef’s or sit down and let the waiters bring it to you.

From the clean atmosphere to nice the service and delicious food, Genghis Grill should be a restaurant to try! You will love filling that bowl and knowing that you got exactly what you wanted!
